• Website Design & Branding: Refunds are available if requested before work has commenced. Once work has started, refunds are not guaranteed and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
• Website Maintenance, Social Media Management, Post Production: Refunds for these services are generally not available due to the ongoing nature of the work.
• Graphics & Video Thumbnails: Refunds may be available if the deliverables do not meet the specifications agreed upon.
